Starz is remaking itself under the tag line “Taking You Places”—and McGee is the woman to get the network there. As Starz delves deeper into original programming, she has embraced her role marketing both the new content and the overall network messaging. This means an even keener brand focus and the inclusion of more digital strategies. “I really enjoy the earliest stages of planning a campaign and exploring all the possibilities with staff and colleagues,” she says, “and then again later in the process when a brilliant idea starts to take shape creatively.”

Doing something extraordinary as a team.
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Whenever I start to feel especially overwhelmed or over-committed I try to consciously slow way down, no matter what I’m doing.  It nearly always works for me!
