Mountain Cablevision Limited has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Shaw Communications to sell its cable operation in Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding area, subject to CRTC approval.

Mountain Cable provides cable video, Internet, residential and commercial telephony services in the City of Hamilton and in towns situated in Haldimand County to the south of Hamilton, Ontario.
