Motorola‘s Decoupled Downstream Module TX32 for the BSR 64000 is designed to support DOCSIS 3.0 channel bonding, with each module supporting 32 QAM channels in one slot within the redundant BSR 64000 router chassis. The downstream channels can be coupled with the downstream and upstream channels on existing 2:8 CMTS modules to provide up to 138 downstream channels and up to 5 Gb of aggregate downstream capacity in a single chassis.
