She thrives on navigating the complex art of dealmaking while maintaining solid client relationships. She’s a National Board member for NAMIC, which incidentally awarded her its Luminary honor in 2010, and a graduate of its ELDP Class II. Strong is an outspoken advocate for diversity and a passionate mentor for up-and-comers within and outside the industry. In her own words, diversity is about “the experiences that individuals bring to the table. At the end of the day, our experiences make us who we are and shape our point of view.” What’s more, we hear she’s a snappy dresser. She was named “most fashionable/best dressed” among her colleagues in a previous job.
