SVP/Chief Counsel, Programming

Time Warner Cable

Kim has been a key player in enhancing the TWC TV platform as well as establishing Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes in L.A. But you may not know that she’s a big supporter of the arts and serves on the board of Performance Space 122, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and presenting artists whose work challenges traditional boundaries. If she could swap jobs with someone for a month, she’d pick Vogue food critic Jeffrey Steingarten. “Need I say more?”

What’s your favorite part of your job?
The intellectual challenge of the very complex deals we negotiate on a day-to-day basis and working with colleagues who can rise to that challenge, while keeping a sense of humor.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Having a baby and marrying a saint. Both have incentivized me to go home when I would have otherwise stayed at the office.

Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?

Jeffrey Steingarten, food critic for Vogue. Need I say more?
