No time for altitude adjustment for Valentin. He joined the Comcast Mile High Region team in early 2012 and already has made positive change and improved the business. During his time in Colorado, he achieved benchmark business results for area operations, propelling his Southern Colorado area team into top tier metric performance criteria for Divisional rankings. He played an integral role in transforming organizational culture of his team by establishing a confident and progressive management structure as well as an engaged employee workforce. A graduate of Comcast’s Executive Leadership Forum, Valentin served as an executive mentor to both internal and external groups.
