NCAA March Madness Live, Turner Sports ' app for the tournament, scored 69.7mln live video streams across all platforms, up 42% YOY. It netted 15mln hours of live video, also an all-time record and a 7% increase over last year. And Mon's National Championship between Kentucky and Connecticut bagged 2mln live video streams, up 30% from last year's championship game. TV Everywhere usage was up 85% in live streams and 72% in hours spent viewing, both YOY. Users who were logged in spent more time watching games, streaming an average of 67% more minutes than users who weren't logged in. Mobile platforms saw a huge surge in TVE usage for the 2014 tournament, with live streams on logged-in mobile devices representing 52% of the total TVE usage for the entire tournament.
