LeBas spearheaded the launch of WatchESPN and WATCH Disney products for four of the industry’s top 10 cable operators, including Cablevision, Cox, Charter and AT&T U-verse. She simultaneously managed and navigated multiple implementation and product management deliverables for WatchESPN, ESPN3, VOD and new distribution platforms. LeBas thrives when facing technical challenges. “I love the thrill of figuring out how to make content distribution and management and ad serving work across the ever changing media business,” she says.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
The challenge of technology. I love the thrill of figuring out how to make content distribution and management and ad serving work across the ever changing media business. Every day something new pops up that requires problem solving and strategy planning.
 
How do you define success in the workplace?
When all the right people are in the right conversation at the right time working on the right thing!
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Put all the things that matter, personal and professional, on the calendar. And don’t give up the personal time. Also, one that has worked especially well for me, don’t check email first thing in the morning at home. I give myself the gift of one hour to read, meditate, do yoga. I am much more productive during the workday. And no one is really missing me between 6:30a.m and 7:30a.m. Really.
