With Jones steering the networks’ original series, the fifth season of “The Game” and “Let’s Stay Together” were the top series among black viewers. Other big hits for the demo: “Apollo Live” and music competition series “Sunday Best,” with more originals slated for launch. Possessing a keen ability to spot talent, Jones is most thrilled when “watching the first cut of a new show after weeks of reading scripts. It’s still so exciting to see the characters come alive.”
