Griffin’s many achievements include streamlining the annual budget and successfully integrating her staff into the networks’ operations group. She also helped develop a production tracking system that’s being adapted by other parts of the company. Sure, Griffin works primarily in numbers, but she knows people are important too by offering professional guidance to her staff and mentees. When deciding on new hires, Griffin keeps an eye out for individuals “who will complement the existing team by bringing an added dimension.”
