Jaworski Feedback In re the Jaworski-Acterna/JDSU dispute …. Judicious comments from one reader: "If Rick holds a valid, properly issued patent and someone uses part or all of the patented process, then Rick is entitled to relief." "This relief will likely come in the form of a settlement between Acterna and Rick and won’t significantly affect the cable industry overall. "Obviously this is of great importance to the two parties. Personally, I’m on Rick’s side based on my outsider’s knowledge of a few of all the facts. Is it a good or bad thing? Neither one."
