Under Lee’s guidance, her team turned Hallmark Movie Channel into one of cable’s fastest growing networks during 2013, with an increase of 5.6 million homes in October compared to October 2012. That kind of success takes hard work, but Lee keeps it in perspective. “Defining what life balance means to you and not worrying how others define ‘work-life balance’” is the key, she says.

Everything!! Especially my colleagues.
 
What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?
Hallmark Channel’s first original series, Cedar Cove, averaged a 2.0 HH rating, was seen by nearly 16 MM unduplicated viewers and made Hallmark Channel the #1 rated cable network on Saturday nights!

Being challenged, happy, having fun and contributing to the overall goals.
