Muslim-American channel Bridges TV will launch on Buckeye Cable in OH and MI in Jan. In addition, it’s reached a carriage affiliation pact with Comcast "as a digital premium a la carte service," CEO Mo Hassan says. The English-language network will be available as a linear channel at $14.99 with free VOD or as SVOD. Buckeye is taking the linear option and may be joined by Comcast markets at launch. Bridges boasts more than 10K subs paying $10/mo for the not-yet-launched service, and has concluded its funding round. A free preview of the 24/7 channel is available to cable ops on Globecast channel 505 through Nov 30. —Shirley Brady
