Increasingly, Latino networks are warming to VOD. SiTV plans to roll it out nationally this summer, following a year-long trial at TW Cable’s L.A. system (10 hrs/month). The biggest VOD holdout appears to be Univision, which will not offer VOD content cable operators. "Our concentration is elsewhere," Univision COO Ray Rodriguez said.
