A 14-year Comcast veteran, Vazirani oversees media services, paid advertising, and owned cross-channel inventory for the company. She shapes Comcast’s engagement with broadcast station groups, individual local market stations, Hispanic stations and key cable networks, and she has transformed Comcast Cable’s media profile by increasing its use of interactive media, and centralizing media planning for Comcast’s 20-plus regions. “For me, diversity is multi-dimensional,” she says. “It goes beyond traditional considerations of age, gender, race, etc., and values the ‘uniqueness’ of each individual.”
