Comcast will begin SVOD carriage of Shalom TV in the MSO’s home city of Philly late this summer, CableWorld reports today. The MSO will make Shalom available more widely in early October. Agreements with the operators are for linear network carriage, but both elected to let Shalom begin life on SVOD.
