Ball led the marketing efforts surrounding Univision’s UVideos digital video network as well as the company’s three newly launched networks. She also oversees the Distribution Partnership Marketing Group, which consults the company’s distribution partners on marketing matters including creative services, research and cross-platform media planning. Here’s her trick for maintaining that coveted work/life balance: “Being at peace with knowing that it doesn’t exist. When that doesn’t work… standing on my head helps.”

What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is that my job is always changing. Every day it seems there is a new opportunity, a new challenge and so I don’t have a favorite part as the parts are always shifting and this variety is what I enjoy.
 
How do you define success in the workplace?
I feel success in the workplace is generated by the team that one builds and how that team adds value to the organization and helps the entire enterprise drive towards its goals. Creating a great team that adds value for our clients and enterprise.
 
Best trick for maintain the personal/professional life balance?
Being at peace with knowing that it doesn’t exist. When that doesn’t work … standing on my head helps.
