Bigalow’s favorite part of her job is the fact that the industry is constantly evolving. “It keeps things challenging, rewarding and fun,” she says. She played a critical marketing role this past year in helping Fox secure significant distribution deals including renewals with Comcast. Under her leadership, the distribution marketing team earned numerous Promax/BDA Awards and CTAM Mark Awards.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
We work in such a dynamic industry that is constantly evolving. It keeps things challenging, rewarding and fun. Plus, I’m partial to my Fox Sports 1 Beertender.
How do you define success in the workplace?
It’s all about growth: grow the business, grow our people and grow personally.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
I certainly don’t have it mastered, but I’ve been trying a new tool: limiting the self-inflicted guilt.
