VP, Business and Legal Affairs, NBCUniversal

A recent electee to the national board of NAMIC, where he will serve as Secretary to the board, Rodriguez says: “Diversity involves a great deal more than looking solely at ethnicity and gender. In my business experience, the most successful teams are those made up not only of ethnically and gender diverse individuals but those that include individuals with different backgrounds and work experience.”
