Boudreau’s recent contributions include leading a national initiative transforming 18 individual operations into five aligned, centrally reporting and standardized sites. This work resulted in a reduction of approximately 35% of operating expenses. Her best trick for maintaining a life balance? “Schedule meaningful time with family and friends.”
