UK MSO Telewest crossed the pond to tap US cable vet Eric Tveter as COO. Tveter formerly was an exec with Comcast [CMCSA], Time Warner Cable and Cablevision’s [CVC] LightPath. He’ll stand in for acting CEO Barry Elson, who temporarily returned to the US last month for personal reasons.
