Despite hearing "a lot of noise from AT&T in the Indianapolis area, Insight pres/COO Dinni Jain says he doesn’t fear a huge hit from telco video competition. The MSO’s sub and revenue growth remain heartening, Jain said, pointing to Insight’s focus on competitive positioning and tactics. Jain believes Insight is more likely to lose subs from poor execution than from competition. Improvements in sales, marketing and customers service may be the key weaponry in surviving against the telcos.
