Insight Communications has renewed its longstanding contract for Convergys’ relationship management solutions for another three years.

Convergys will continue to supply Insight Communications with the ICOMS business support solution, which is built specifically to support cable and media providers. The solution has built-in integrated, convergent, billing and provides Insight with the scalability to support its 760,000 customers, as well as a universal view of its customers regardless of the number of services.
