Infinera will discuss new capabilities of its Digital Optical Networks architecture next week at its stand at CableNET ’09, the technical display area at NCTA’s The Cable Show. The Cable Show takes place from April 1st to the 3rd at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.

At the show, Infinera representatives will explain how the Infinera system can help operators meet today’s challenges and describe the company’s plans for Digital Optical Networks and PIC technology to evolve and scale to deliver 40 and 100 Gbps data rates per channel and a total of up to 8 Tbps of capacity on a pair of fibers.
