NBCU’s Mark Hotz was elected to the board. — Comcast’s HR vp Melanie Penna will chair WICT’s board this year and Cox svp, ops Jill Campbell will remain chair of the org’s Foundation Board of Trustees. The board’s exec committee includes MTV’s Jessica Heacock, Discovery’s Jennifer Dangar, Hallmark’s Janice Arouh, Cox’s Ellen East, Time Warner Cable’s Lynne Costantini, Weather’s Susan Scott and WICT’s Benita Fitzgerald Mosley.
