Eagle Broadband inked SecureNet as the 3rd customer of its "IPTVComplete" service, which will combine with SecureNet’s IP phone and HSD services to offer a triple-play bundle to the San Francisco residential market. — Dominion Video Satellite is changing the delivery mode of its Sky Angel Christian and family-programming service to IPTV. The transition will occur over the next year. — In response to customer feedback, Cox plans to return The Weather Channel to its basic tier in Acadiana and Baton Rouge, LA, areas on Jun 23. — Thanks to a deal with In Demand, RCN is now pitching availability of MLB’s out-of-market games package to customers throughout its footprint. The cable overbuilder will offer the service beginning Jul 9 when customers can sign up for a half-season package (Jul 9 – Aug 31) for $129, or a pennant race package (Sept 1-30) for $59. — Time Warner Cable will launch here! Jul 1 throughout southern CA as a SVOD service ($7.95/month).
