Time Warner is about to introduce VoIP to Cincinnati. The MSO alerted area subs yesterday with an email "wake-up call" touting the service, which will offer unlimited calling across the country for as little as $39.95/month. Qualified customers can sign up at http://www.twcinci.com, and Time Warner will notify those on its list when the service is available. — As ESPN dedicated its Digital Center yesterday it announced plans to break ground on its largest building, a 4-story, 125K sq-ft office building on its Bristol campus set to open in spring ’06.
