WealthTV launched on Starstream Comm to subs in the northern CA communities of Rocklin, Auburn, Lincoln, Loomis, Granite Bay, Penryn, and Newcastle. — Comcast subs in suburban Chicago are getting 1-time rebates of 87 cents to $3.31 after contesting the MSO’s rate hikes in ’04 and ’05. The MSO decided to settle rather than pay for a protracted fight, Comcast told the Chicago Tribune. "Our calculations for equipment and installation rates comply with federal law and industry standards," Comcast said.
