Viacom sued YouTube in a federal NY court for "massive intentional" copyright infringement of its entertainment properties, a bold legal move following a Feb request that YouTube remove Viacom clips from its site. Nearly 160K unauthorized clips have been viewed at more than 1.5bln times, according to Viacom.
