Ultimate Blackjack Tour filed suit in L.A. Superior Court against GSN and its "World Series of Blackjack" show, alleging "breach of contract, breach of confidence, unfair competition and unjust enrichment." The company, whose eponymous TV series debuts Sept 16 on CBS Sports, is seeking an injunction against the cable show, currently in its 3rd season. UBT said it presented a show format to GSN in ’05, which was rejected, and contends that the net incorporated some of its show ideas into "World Series of Blackjack." "This lawsuit is completely baseless and without merit, and we will be vindicated in court," responded GSN. Spokeswoman Cindy Ronzoni said the net is pondering its next move.
