IMAKE Software and Services has integrated with Adtec Digital’s DPI-1200 Ad Server to support linear broadcast TV ad insertion using their on-demand advertising system OpenVision Ad Exchange. The addition of the DPI-1200 and ad splicing technologies is intended to create a centralized way to manage, target, and execute ad campaigns across multiple linear and on-demand networks.

IMAKE’s OpenVision Ad Exchange utilizes open standards from the SCTE to integrate with existing linear ad insertion equipment, asset management solutions, and subscriber profiling solutions. The new ad management capabilities are designed to manage and track advertisements and sponsorships being watched by any subscriber base across all content types and networks being viewed. A key feature is the ability to centrally target one ad to multiple distribution platforms including download, VOD, and now linear broadcast TV.
