Imagine Communications’ ICE Broadcast System is now being used to deliver more than 800 HD and SD digital TV signals to more than 20 million digital video subscribers nationwide. The system is designed to extend QoE capability throughout the network while increasing operational efficiency. An integral part of the system is the ICE Video Quality Assurance (ICE VQA), designed to enable a high level of control over the video quality and QoE across all digital services.
