Humax, a manufacturer of digital set-top boxes, has selected the ANT Galio Platform upon which to build a range of satellite, IPTV and hybrid set-top boxes. The new Humax product range is planned to launch by the end of the year. ANT’s standards-based environment is intended to allow Humax to design and develop a range of new applications, while benefiting from reduced time to market, long-term standards compatibility and improved performance.
