A&E, Discovery Health, Discovery Science, Discovery Times, E!, Lifetime and Style all received 1 a piece. For the 1st time, Cable Positive will bestow an "Outstanding Community Partnership" award recognizing a local cable outlet and a community-based AIDs service org. Comcast Key West, FL; Charter Madison, WI; Comcast Fort Wayne, IN; Mediacom, Dubuque, IA; Cablevision and Charter Litchfield, CT are in the running .
