The winners: "Huff" (Showtime), "Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel (HBO), "That’s So Raven" (Disney Channel) and "Animal Cops: Houston" (Animal Planet). Animal Planet will pick up a second Genesis for its "Papa Bear" doc special. Humane Society of the US presents the awards. Animal Planet carries the event May 14. — Simon Applebaum
