An analytical mind in a sea of creatives, Tang oversees the networks’ financial strategy, including the development of Bravo and Oxygen’s long-range plans. She provides critical guidance on new development, acquisitions and multiplatform extensions. But it isn’t all work and no play for Tang, who makes it a priority to schedule in time to decompress. “I definitely feel more balanced when I can go for a run without any wireless devices attached to me,” she says.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
The best part of my job is the privilege of working with great people. It sounds cheesy, but we really do have a wonderful group working at Bravo.
 
How do you define success in the workplace?
Being able to deliver a stellar product and have fun at the same time!
 
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
You have to schedule time for yourself and decompress. I definitely feel more balanced when I can go for a run without any wireless devices attached to me.
