HD Distributor Rankings – January 2009

Mediacom was the big HD winner last month, adding 8 news feeds of high-def. As part of the MSO’s promise to bolster its high-definition lineup, it added new channels last month, including HGTV HD and Food HD in Iowa City. Verizon actually lost 1 feed in January. With Comcast adding 5 feeds during the month, the gap between the telco and MSO dropped to 7 from 13 in December.
