Here at CableFAX, we like when people do what we say. So we enjoyed reading PR shop October Strategies ‘ most recent "As the Leaf Turns" newsletter in which Octoberites Larae Marsik and Joanne Dant confirmed that they actually took our unconventional Cable Show advice by choosing a restaurant in New Orleans based on what was closest to them when they finished up their alcoholic Slurpee drinks ( Cfax, 5/18). We didn’t really expect anyone to take that advice seriously, but… wouldn’t you know it, these 2 bravely accepted the challenge and passed with flying colors! And if that wasn’t enough, they even posted photographic evidence of their trek through Bourbon Street.
