Communications solutions provider Glowpoint announced an expansion to its managed service offering for telepresence and high-definition (HD) video environments. Its "VNOC Select" service offers more choices for a broader range of customers, while supporting the end user-operated and unified communications capabilities of technologies available today. "Customers want flexibility and choice for visual communication, both in terms of systems and services," said Geno Alissi, SVP and GM of Polycom Service division, in a statement, supporting Glowpoint’s hosted VNOC service.
