The Kudelski Group and Taiwan-based set-top-box innovator ALi Corporation inked a deal under which ALi Corporation acquires Abilis Systems Sàrl from Kudelski. Based in Geneva, Abilis is a fabless semiconductor company providing RF modulators, secure media processors and broadcast-to-IP solutions.
