Her recent accomplishments include extending growth for Optimum WiFi, which has more than 100,000 hotspots in the Tri-State area, and overseeing deployment of the most widespread broadband speed increase in the company’s history across product tiers. Looking ahead, Toner remains focused on providing the best customer service experience for residential and business customers while keeping abreast of the latest changes. “Keeping up with continued advances is exciting and rewarding for me,” she says.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
When I walk into the office each morning I know that my day will be different from the one before it. Consumer behavior constantly changes as technology does, too.
What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?
IP delivery. IP means infinite ways to serve the consumer and consumer behavior is driving advancements and innovation that couldn’t have been imagined just ten years ago. Further, mobile devices are changing the ways consumers interact with content. These shifts are driving us to dream big and deliver big for customers every day.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Prioritize family, having good friends and being a good friend. When it doubt, exercise!
