Cycle30 announced today at TM Forum’s Management World Americas that it has successfully converted all cable TV services provided by Alaskan telecommunications and cable provider, General Communication Inc. (GCI) onto the Cycle30 order-to-cash hosted billing platform.

The conversion of GCI’s cable TV, pay-per-view and video-on-demand services from the existing legacy cable billing solution onto the Cycle30 platform completes the migration of all of GCI’s consumer services onto the same billing engine. Cycle30 already manages and bills GCI’s wireless, wireline, and Internet services.

The new platform will help GCI more easily enforce business rules, cross-sell and bundle services, and anticipate customer needs across all product offerings. Additionally, because GCI customer service representatives will now be able to order, provision, monitor and manage all services using the same technology, they will be able to get a complete view of each customer’s existing products and services.
