The founding team includes Marwan Fawaz, former CTO at both Charter Communications and Adelphia Communications; Matt Bell, former vice president/IP Network and Development at Charter Communications; Jim Buckley, former vice president/Finance at Adelphia Communications; George Kassas, former founder/ executive vice president at Cedar Point Communications; and Sudhir Ispahani, former CTO at Liberty Global Europe.
