Fitzpatrick Sighting

Former Crown evp, COO and longtime cable vet Paul FitzPatrick has re-emerged as evp, RHI Ent. He’ll oversee all of the production company’s new media initiatives and serve as the principal liaison with the multichannel industry. Last year, RHI purchased Crown’s film library for $160mln. As always, FitzPatrick’s humility impresses us. Check out this bit from his hiring announcement: "He has also been named, on several occasions, as one of CableFAX Magazine’s ‘Top 100,’ including the #4 ranking in 2005, for which he is most appreciative but believes the editors must have confused him with someone else more deserving."
