That Viacom-Verizon deal is finally official, with the telco snagging all the MTV Nets and BET programming services. The deal includes the recently launched Logo and MTV Desi as well as upcoming HD net MHD. Also included in the deal is VOD content and music from MTVN’s digital audio radio channels. The deal does not include the CBS O&O broadcast stations, which are being negotiated separately.
