The SCTE has added Charlotte Field of Comcast and Mike LaJoie of Time Warner Cable to the SCTE board of directors. Field and LaJoie occupy the new Appointed Director-At-Large positions on the board. The two new seats increase the number of SCTE board members to 19.

The board’s executive committee – currently comprising Tom Gorman, Frank Eichenlaub, Nomi Bergman, Bob Foote, and Patrick O’Hare – is responsible for filling the Appointed Director-At-Large positions.

Field is senior vice president, infrastructure and operations, National Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO) with Comcast. LaJoie is executive vice president and CTO of Time Warner Cable.
