Add Midcontinent to the growing list of MSOs preparing to offer family tiers. The MSO’s public policy vp Tom Simmons told the Aberdeen (SD) News that family-friendly tiers would be offered after May 1. Simmons said the MSO would offer a la carte "if we could figure out a cost-effective way to offer a la carte channels."
