Lee oversees business strategy and program management for the innovative technology joint venture between Comcast and Verizon Wireless. She previously served as senior director of business strategy for converged products, with oversight of business case development, strategic planning and performance analysis of Comcast’s next-generation IP video products and platform. “The best part of my job is constantly learning new things and new ways of solving interesting problems,” she says. Currently, Lee serves on the board of Musicopia and is a member of the Leadership Council of KIPP Philadelphia.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Learning. I’ve had the benefit of working on innovative teams with extremely smart and forward-thinking individuals. The best part of my job is constantly learning new things and new ways of solving interesting problems.
 
How do you define success in the workplace?
I think success comes from doing work that is meaningful, that draws upon your strengths, and that motivates you be a better person. The definition of success is personal–but if you find work that achieves these things, I believe you will find success.
 
Who would you want to swap jobs with for a month and why?

There are so many interesting jobs in cable. But I would love to swap jobs with Charisse Lillie, VP of community investment and President of the Comcast Foundation. The leadership role she plays in engaging and impacting our community is unparalleled—it would be a tremendous opportunity to walk in her shoes for a month.
