Crown concluded a non-cash impairment of $57.9mln against its film assets in the 3Q was appropriate. — Outdoor Channel recorded a net loss of $30.3mln vs net income of $1.3mln a year ago. The net loss includes a $52.2mln one-time/non-cash charge for options in the acquisition of minority interest in The Outdoor Channel. Total revenue rose 30% in the Q to $11mln.
