The unit retails for $399, although there’s a $50 mail-in rebate now through May. — DVR is the "It" gadget, an Ipsos-Insight survey says. Although the box hasn’t penetrated deeply into the US market (only 3.5% of HHs have a DVR), take rates are expected to jump significantly once the top MSOs get more aggressive with their rollouts.
